Return policy: Ride Like a Pro, Inc. allows returns for any damaged DVDs due to mishaps via the shipping process. Please call our toll free number, 866-868-7433 and we'll gladly send you another replacement with a return mailer for the damaged product. Unopened cases are authorized for returns only. Any opened DVDs are NOT part of our return policy. If you crack your DVD by NOT pushing on the "press here" button in the case, it is not covered in our return policy. Please take care when removing the disk from the case and press the "press here" button.

Refund policy: Customers who are not 100% satisfied with our products may contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to rectify any problems to assure you of our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
